30th Street Residences

30th Street Residences sits between two NYC neighborhoods—post-industrial West Chelsea and the new Oz-like Hudson Yards development. It is bordered on two sides by the elevated High Line Park and has connections to the park, the street, and Hudson Yards. At this confluence of pedestrian paths we introduced a public square surrounded by shops and restaurants. On top of the building base, a communal garden connects with the adjacent park. A 30-story residential tower rises from this garden offering park and river views. It is comprised of five vertically stacked bays grouped into small neighborhoods that hover above the city.
